Rehabilitation
The goal of our rehabilitation is to enable participants to reach their greatest potential and return to their own homes, either independently or with the assistance of home health care.

Our residents and families are happy to find that in most cases, the same doctors and health care providers they know and trust can continue to serve their needs here. We have working relationships with all of the following providers, some of whom come to visit individual patients and others who come to do rounds.
